Natural Product Quality Guarantee: All RNS ORGANICS goods are 100% naturally processed, unrefined, and free from synthetic preservatives, artificial coloring, chemical bleaching, or artificial fragrances. Slight variations in color, aroma, and consistency across batches are natural signatures of authenticity. 2. Packaging & Delivery: Orders are packed securely in food-grade, eco-friendly containers and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Deliveries typically reach customers within 3 to 7 business days depending on the pin code location. 3. Payment Policy: We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct manual UPI transfers. For manual UPI transfers, please submit the 12-digit UPI UTR reference number during checkout for instantaneous verification and dispatch. 4. Returns & Replacement Policy: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food and wellness items, returns are accepted exclusively in cases of transit damage, seal tampering, or incorrect item dispatch. Please report any such incident with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. 5. Privacy & Data Handling: Your contact information, shipping address, and order histories are handled strictly in accordance with Indian data protection regulations and are never sold or shared with external marketing brokers.
